Laboratory Quality Policy

  • Perform tests in accordance with established methods/standards and Customer requirements;
  • Evaluate the tests in an impartial, objective, rigorous, independent and impartial way in the processes, fulfilling the requirements of the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025 and the Portuguese Institute of Accreditation (IPAC);
  • Respect the principles of confidentiality and professional secrecy with regard to all the information you have access to in the performance of your duties;
  • Identify, avoid, mitigate and manage conflicts of interest, and mitigate pressures;
  • Apply the guidelines established in the management system documentation in harmony with the requirements of the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, contributing to the consistent functioning of the laboratory's activities;
  • Use human resources with adequate competence and training;
  • Maintain a privileged relationship with Customers based on satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Promote transparent communication with Customers, Suppliers, Employees and Stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Management System's effectiveness.
