Commitment to Ethics, Impartiality and Trust

At QualityLab, we believe that sustainable success is based on relationships of trust and proximity with our clients, conducted with total independence, impartiality, impartiality and confidentiality. These guiding principles underpin our work and reflect our commitment to integrity, transparency and professional ethics.

These values are ensured on a daily basis by our team and supervised by an independent body – the Ethics Committee.

The Ethics Committee

The QualityLab Ethics Committee, although it has no legal or disciplinary functions, plays a fundamental role in safeguarding the ethical principles that underpin our certification system. This body is responsible for pronouncing on:

  • The nature and content of the certification system and schemes adopted by QualityLab;
  • Issues that could compromise confidence in the certification process, in particular aspects related to transparency or the reputation of the certifying body;
  • The relevance and updating of the risk analysis associated with impartiality;
  • The adequacy of the requirements, assessment methods and control frequencies that make up the certification system, in terms of their ability to ensure continuous compliance with the applicable requirements;
  • The rules for using the certificate, certification mark, logo or any associated designation;
  • The policies of impartiality and financial independence in relation to audited entities;

QualityLab thus reinforces its commitment to responsible, transparent and ethical action, in line with the highest certification standards.
